THE DRAINING NET IS CONNECTED TO A STATIC OR DYNAMIC COMBUSTION STATION.

Static destructing unit :

These destruction units are adapted to small or medium size landfills and can also be installed in exploration compartments.
They are of very simple installations, without the need of electricity, mobile and very resistant to wind. Due to their strength they do not require any type of maintenance

Dinamic station :

Equiped with a gas extraction pump, and the feeding of the destruction unit, it has safety functions devices and continuous automatic regulation devices.
We make incinerators of 30 m³/h to 4000 m³/h and more, with a working pressure starting at 10 mbar and a combustion temperature starting at 900°C, in accordance to what is asked.

Our destruction units do complete gas combustion and comply with the existing rules. Authorized national labs. Carry out the smoke tests.

Our equipments have high performance, due to its resistance to corrosion (utilization of stainless steel 304L or 316, heat resistant steel), the safety, the dependability (minimum maintenance cost) and the low energy consumption (low pressure operation).

We projected the command frames, the control, and the continuous regulation analysis. The precision of our automation programs permit the automatic modification of the parameters in accordance to the variations of gas production, content of CH4 (methane), pressure, depressurization, atmospheric pressure.

The installation – from the capture net to the pumping station and destruction of biogas – was projected in a way to optimize the collection of biogas, at the same time saving energy, by the way of dimensioning adapted to each locality.
