Manufactured with flexible composite materials, assembled by high frequency welding, the BSDV gasometers are a fusion of the best developed technologies available on the market of gas stockpiling.

The gasometer permits the in time production uniformity and the stockpiling of biogas for valorization.

Internal menbrane :
Composed of a polyester complex covered with PVC: the frame of polyester assures the mechanical resistance and the cover assures the biogas isolation. This cover was especially treated in order to provide the best isolation together with the best chemical resistance to the biogas components.

External menbrane :
Composed of a polyester complex covered with PVC, it has the same technology as the internal membrane but with enhancement to the mechanical characteristics and the resistance to environment, relatively to gas (in spite of the water proofing being largely sufficient for temporary stockpiling). This membrane will permit the mechanical protection of the contained gas.

Our manufacturing process does not permit the contact of the biogas with the concrete. The internal membrane forms an internal hermetic bubble attached around the central feeding nut This manufacturing limits the ATEX area and reduces the need of manual operations.
